Kiss the thunder thighs, jiggly arms, and mushy tush goodbye and say hello to your abs!  A sculpted strong body is sexy-period!  In addition to a chiseled body looking good, muscle keeps you looking younger, feeling stronger, speeds up the metabolism and protects the bones.  Ladies-I promise you that you will not develop male looking muscle-a feminine strong sexy body is the goal of this class.  This class uses proven techniques and is based on the 'buff' principles I use for myself and my private clients.  This class is open to all fitness levels and modifications and progressions are offered for any exercise.  Classes are based on functional training and run at a nice pace -buffing the body requires slower focused moves!  The workout begins with a dynamic warm up, a great work phase that includes some cardio bursts and ends with a cool down and a relaxing stretch.  Bands, tubing, and weights are used.  Classes are 45 minutes.
