Community Class: Free Up Caribbean Movement

  • Fit4Dance 154 Utica Avenue Brooklyn, NY, 11213 United States (map)

Free Up Caribbean Movement is inspired by the vibrant beats, diverse sounds, and magnetic energy of the Caribbean. It is a simple and fun way to work the muscles, get the cardio in, and keep the body toned. Free Up is an expression. Free Up is an experience. It's a natural vibe.
