On Sunday February 28th from 10:45am-12noon Fit4Dance was TurntUp like never before! Crystal Wall, owner of MixFitz Studios in Houston, Texas led her signature class and the ladies of Fit4Dance thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The class was nothing short of amazing. And you know I felt right at home hearing some of my favorite classic southern hits. Crystal showed up and showed out so much that we might have to make a trip to Texas! LOL.
