F4D: Fitness for the Dancer in YOU!
This past weekend, our Fit4Dance team had the honor of volunteering at a Community Career Fair in East New York, hosted by The Opportunity Hub. The event brought together local vendors, employers, and organizations committed to connecting the community with meaningful job opportunities and resources. We were proud to support this important work and be part of such an inspiring day of empowerment and connection.
Fit4Dance pledged over 200 gifts to support Brooklyn Community Services - Gary Klinsky After School Program at P.S. 306 in East New York. It was our pleasure to provide toys for all of the children. Thank you to our F4D community for your support!
Owner Laci Chisholm had the pleasure of working with an incredible group of senior citizens at the Teresa Moore Senior Center through a Su-Casa artists grant that she received from the Brooklyn Arts Council. On Monday June 24th, they presented their culminating Motown Dance Showcase which was also interactive for audience members. See our photo gallery!
