In this hands on workshop we will be learning some knife skills and creating wraps, sandwiches and salads that are extremely nutritious and easy to make! We will learn how to make dressings as well as prepare wraps that can be used as meals throughout the week, quick dinners, and/or lunches! This class will be hands on and absolutely delicious! You will be working in groups with a set of recipes to create the dishes we will all share.
