This level one class delivers an effective challenging cross training total body workout that is fun, runs at a nice pace (not super speedy!) and is results oriented. The Restoration Body workout is low impact and the program is primarily for a woman relatively new to fitness, or for a woman with some challenges due to previous injuries or the aging process itself. The novice participant can progress to an intermediate exercise class. The aging body can become age-defying! Restoration Body classes are designed to produce a fitter, leaner, stronger, more agile and energetic body (and you'll look awesome too!) Classes are based on functional training and include a dynamic warm up, a great work phase that includes cardio bursts, and end with a cool down and a relaxing stretch.
