Simone Waugh aka Say Waugh?! is a step team coach/ choreographer, black belt in Taekwondo, and certified CIZE® LIVE instructor. She has lost over 30 pounds and counting, from CIZE and other programs such as T25 created by Shaun T. Her journey has inspired her to become a wellness coach, where she is a personal cheerleader for anyone who is looking for fun and unconventional ways to get fit. Each month, she hosts a challenge group where she guides women who are ready for a change, providing tips on meal prep, accountability with their workout routines, and emotional support. One of her mottos: Fitness doesn’t always have to look like jumping jacks and sit-ups, a two-step can also get the job done, and wellness isn’t only about what you eat and how much you exercise. She believes that movement is a form of self-care that allows individuals to step outside of themselves while connecting to themselves simultaneously.
