Community Meditation w/ LOVR Founder Tiffany Crawford

Do you have a New Year's Meditation goal? 

Meditation is a scientifically proven way to increase memory, ability to focus and learn new things while also reducing stress and anxiety. 

January 2nd and January 3rd, LOVR Founder, Tiffany Crawford will lead a two part intro meditation class for those just getting started or wanting to begin again. Join us in person at Fit4Dance or on IG Live, @lovrbytc, at 8:00 pm EST/ 5:00 pm PST. 

We will review basic mindfulness meditation techniques and jump into a 30-minute practice session. The entire class will run about 45 minutes. Donation class.
