Using the abundance with keo road to Self- discovery 3 pillars, self-awareness, self-esteem and self-awareness, using movement as a vehicle to within. Creating space for authenticity, creativity and joy. 

The abunDANCE within Presents: Reflections of the Lunar: Like the moon, we too, experience changes in phases and move in cycles. Especially women. Join us this Lunar New Year, January 25th, as we dance in our own reflections. This workshop will emphasis exploring ourselves through sensual choreography, breakout dance parties and a live performance. This fun mixture of Hip hop and Contemporary/Modern dance will be sure to make you feel sexy and abundant.
