Laci is honored to be spending the next three days at the 2016 B Corp Champions Retreat in Philadelphia representing Fit4Dance. Through large and small group discussions, we will explore: In our communities & businesses, how can we advocate for & develop conditions that create equal opportunity & prosperity for all? How will we measure & improve inclusive practices in our businesses in order to build products, services, & leaders that reflect the diversity of our communities? What is - or should be - the role of the B Corp community in addressing economic, social, & environmental injustices? What is the role of business in correcting systemic injustices and creating equity? How can our businesses help reduce global poverty, restore a healthy environment, and build stronger communities?
