Dance & Yoga for Children (Ages 5-8)

Dance Class w/ Laci Chisholm
Ages 5-8: Sat. March 19th 12pm-1pm

Dance is a great way for kids to get active and express themselves creatively. This dance workshop contains a blend of several styles of hip hop, creative movement, popular dance and jazz. Classes will encourage students to step outside of the box by bringing their own individual style and personality to the movements. 

Yoga Class w/ Deanna GreenAges 5-8 : Sat. March 19th 1pm-2pm
There are many proven physical, mental and emotional benefits for practicing yoga.  These includes increased flexibility, muscle strength, blood flow and circulation, better self awareness, improved decision making skills, and the list goes on and on. Now imagine the same benefits, but for your child! Fit4Dance's  Kids Yoga Class will teach the foundation of  yoga through a variety of age appropriate exercises aimed to increase self love and love to others. Each class will incorporate asana (physical postures), pranayama (breath practices), meditation, relaxation and of course, PLAY!
