GirlTrek is a national organization that strives to empower black women of all ages and fitness levels to walk for better health. Owner, Laci Chisholm is a neighborhood organizer and leads a weekly Sunday morning walk in Crown Heights.  There are other neighborhood organizers in Brooklyn as well! 

Bring your family and friends for a day of fun and fitness. Learn about GirlTrek, meet all of the Brooklyn Neighborhood Captains, meet other trekkers, and go for a 30 minute walk.  Also, learn how to win $1,000 to spend on your church, community or deserving student  Look for the Blue balloons!
