Movement Meditation
with a concentration on hip flexibility

For one hour we will use the asana practice along with breath work to open up our hearts. The sequence will be geared towards opening up the hips where we store and harbor deep emotions originating the root and sacral chakras. Overall, the asana and breath will encourage us to leave class feeling uplifted, grounded, and like our best selves.
