We're super excited to welcome Pena Verde to Fit4Dance for our Family Capoeira class. Capoeira is a fusion of Afro-Brazilian martial arts, music, dance, rhythm and acrobatics. Practiced together, Capoeira promotes fun, cooperation and harmony in the community. All Ages are welcome in this fun class. Children under 4 must have an adult present. The cost of this class is $10 per person.

Pena Verde is from Salvador, Bahia, Brazil. He started playing Capoeira when he was 15 years old and has been teaching Capoeira to children and adults for 9 years. Pena believes that Capoeira has been responsible for transforming the lives of people all over the world. For this reason, he is thankful for the opportunity to teach Capoeira in New York City.
