Participants are encouraged to wear their favorite sports jersey or t-shirt during the dance class instructed by Laci Chisholm, Founder & CEO at Fit4Dance. This will be a fun dance fitness class with sports themed music designed to get you moving, sweating, and smiling! The session will take place online via Zoom.
