The Covid pandemic has put a real strain on all of our small businesses, but none more so than our creative institutions. Our dance studios, our yoga studios, our wellness studios, our institutions of dance and art and balance have been severely impacted by the restrictions brought about as a result of the pandemic.
These institutions mean everything to our community. They employ community members, and pay rent to community landlords. They teach all ages of students from the community, and they provide a safe and healthy space for growth and development.
Starting on November 28th, we will dedicate each of our bazaar dates to one of our creative institutions. Come down to the bazaar and purchase a raffle for $20. The winner of each raffle will receive a gift bag, filled with products from the Bazaar. And 100% of the money raised from the raffle will go directly to the creative institution. It’s that simple.
If you wish to donate to any of the institutions, but aren’t available to purchase a raffle, you can send your donation through Paypal at PayPal.Me/goodpeoplenyc. Simply specify the institution that you want the money to go to, and we will send it to them.
