F4D: Fitness for the Dancer in YOU!
On Sunday February 28th, I led my first GirlTrek walk as a neighborhood organizer & it was incredible!!!! 21 women ages ages 8-75 came together to support each other in completing a 3.34 mile walk from the Fit4Dance studio to Eastern Parkway & Franklin Avenue.
