From now until February 4th, Fit4Dance is collecting beauty and wellness products for the women at BCS’ Transitional Living Community and TPBK’s Shelter for Young Women. These two shelters serve women in a transitional space in their lives. Some are living with mental health conditions, others have dealt with domestic violence, and many just need a safe place to stay.
Every year for Valentine’s Day, BCS gifts shelter residents with Beauty Baskets for personal care, including menstrual, hygiene and wellness products. Feminine products are significantly more financially inaccessible than other personal care items on the market. Beauty Baskets help us alleviate this financial burden for the women we serve! With your support, we can empower women on their journey to better self-care.
