Wind down with this Friday night class and melt the week away! This vinyasa/flow yoga class is perfect for the beginner or seasoned yogi alike. Adjustments and options will be provided to suit your level. We will flow through a series of poses that will strengthen the body and calm the mind. Class will end with breath practice (pranayama) and short meditation. Come for the yoga and stay for the wine!
