Roots Riddim Release- In the beginning there was The Drum and then there was the Bass, and later, as we replenished Diaspora Riddims and revived Ancestral Spirits...We became ONE in the HOUSE OF AFROTOPIA. This 30 min high energy experience takes you on a journey through AfroHouse, Deep House, Drum and Bass, and the voices of our history, culture, and revolution.  The session flows from grounding poses, to fun movement combos, call and response chants, libations, and a lively freestyle release to leave you feeling lifted and energized. Guided through the experience with instructor, Jessica Phoenix, she reminds you to 'Ignite your Fiyah!' and to activate your movement for the wellness of yourself and your community.
